This little bicycle mount is useful to attach some kind of things to your bicycle bars.
It is made of black rubber that allows to attach to your bicycle quite firmly.
It is very easy to tighten the screw just with your fingers.
I have modified it to use it as a digital camera support and worked well for that, although I can only mount the camera vertically in my bicycle, but that is not a fault in the design, just my bicycle has does not have many places to attach it.
